Program of the week
Saturday and Sunday are set aside for arrivals.
On Monday, we start with the Italian class division and the presentation of the programme. In the afternoon we will do a special tour of Cefalù with the academy’s director Valerio and we will end with a degustation of local cakes.
On Tuesday in the afternoon we will do a cooking class and learn how to prepare a real Italian pizza. Our friend and pizza-maker Serafino will teach us the secret of a tasty pizza.
Wednesday, we will travel to the Abbey of Sant’Anastasia for a wine tasting. The abbey is an enchanting place which is symbolic of the ancient passion of the Sicilians for grapes and their precious nectar. White, red, rosé… each to their own!
On Thursday, Free afternoon!
On Friday, we will head to the winery in Casteldaccia called Corvo. We will learn more about the famous and longstanding history of the winery and finish with a tasting of wine and local products.
On Saturday we will visit Palermo and it’s beauties. We will focus on the ancient and colorful markets and do a wide tasting of local street food. We will continue visiting the most important corners of the center and finally lunch in an enchanting trattoria in the center.
Sunday we will say our goodbyes and depart.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. In the event that at least 6 participants are not registered 1 month before starting, the school will contact the enrolled students and communicate any possible changes which the program will undergo.
2. Students of all language levels can participate in the programme. The school will endeavour to create classes consisting exclusively of students participating in the Club+ program. In exceptional cases, the school reserves the right to bring together participating and non-participating students in the same group.
3. The excursion calendar may change depending on weather conditions. The school will notify the members of any changes to the itinerary in good time.
4. The programme is priced as a single package. It is not possible to request reductions for no taking part to single activities. The present Terms and Conditions match with our General Conditions.
Prices
The programme costs 400€, plus an annual registration fee of 50€.
