It is something of which we are extremely proud and which bears clear witness to our ongoing commitment to education and training.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>The program in\u00a0brief<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Erasmus Plus<\/em> is the new EU program valid for the period 2014-2020 and intended for the sectors of education, training, youth and sport. It was deisgned\u00a0to replace and integrate\u00a0previous programs such as the <strong>Lifelong Learning Programme<\/strong>, <strong>Erasmus<\/strong>, <strong>Leonardo da Vinci<\/strong>, <strong>Comenius and Grundtvig<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>What\u00a0it offers<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Erasmus Plus promotes the modernization of education, training and youth, and aims to encourage the creation of partnerships between schools and enterprises in order to ensure the individual participants gain new skills and greater\u00a0employability.<br \/>\nThe KAI Action 1 for individual mobility specifically enables\u00a0participation in learning activities (courses, internships) and continuing\u00a0professional development in any of the countries that have joined the program.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>What can be done at\u00a0Solemar?<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Those who work in the world of training and education can follow one of our Italian language courses<\/li>\n<li>College students can\u00a0carry out the training required by their\u00a0degree program at our school<\/li>\n<li>Language teachers can\u00a0attend one of our training courses, or do a teaching practice alongside our teachers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>How to participate<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>It is necessary to point out that the <strong>Erasmus Plus<\/strong> program does not guarantee funds to the individual participant, but to accredited institutions that are active in the fields of development, youth and sports. In this way the European Union funds projects for <strong>students<\/strong>, <strong>teachers<\/strong>, <strong>volunteers<\/strong>, <strong>trainers<\/strong>, etc.<br \/>\nInterested parties must therefore approach\u00a0a school, a university, an institution or an organization that has the credentials to present projects and receive an Erasmus grant.
